When first using the refrigerator, please note that our machine has an internal compressor, and it needs to be placed upright for 24 hours before use. The compressor oil needs time to settle down to the bottom for better cooling effect. If the sound is loud during the initial use, it's because the refrigerator is working harder due to the high temperature. The sound will go away once it reaches a stable condition after running for a while.

Both sides of the machine may feel hot when the compressor is working, as the condenser is in a heat dissipation state, which is a normal phenomenon. It will cool down when the fridge reaches the set temperature. Please keep the machine away from a built-in space, as we do not recommend placing it undercounter.
