The Air Jordan 3 "Racer Blue" is a July 2021 release of Michael Jordan's third signature shoe, featuring a highly wearable colorway. This model joins popular Air Jordan 3 designs like the original "True Blue" and non-original "UNC" and "Knicks" colorways, all of which incorporate blue tones into their design.
The upper of the "Racer Blue" is built on a foundation of white tumbled leather, with grey elephant print detailing on the toe and heel. The elephant print variation used on this release is darker in tone compared to the material found on many previous Jordan 3 models.
Elsewhere, Jordan Brand has incorporated dotted Racer Blue leather on the collar, and the deep blue hue is also present on the painted mid-panel, the Jumpman on the heel, and the embroidered Jumpman on the white tumbled leather tongue. The look is completed with Racer Blue eyelets, white laces, and a visible Air bubble in the heel of the white midsole.
